Any, as long as its level(ish) grass can be bumpy but not have big holes or mounds. 

We follow weather on the met office website and work on predicted gusts.

Party tents on grass – Gusts of up to 30mph
Party Tent on concrete – Gusts of up to 22mph
Bouncy Castle – Gusts of up to 24mph

Yes, deposits can be moved to a later date (subject to availability) or refunded.

This is purely based on the drops we have due out on the day of your party, If you have a specific time you need to be set up by please let us know well in advance so we can arrange this. 

Our max extension is 30mtrs, if we arrive and the nearest source is further away we will be unable to set up the equipment and the deposit will be forfeited.
